Maria Wallis teaches in the Department of Equity Studies at York University. Her focus is on issues of social justice/ social inequality/ social change. She has been engaged with issues around critical thinking, student engagement, and risk-taking in teaching and learning. She is interested in "soaking in" as much as possible at the conference in London, Ontario.
