Philippa Carter has taught Religious Studies at McMaster for almost twenty-five years as a graduate teaching assistant, a sessional lecturer, a contractually-limited appointment and now as the permanent teaching professor. She has taught or co-taught the department's full-year introductory course for over a decade and is one of six 2016 Impact fellows at the McMaster Institute for Innovation and Excellence in Teaching and Learning (MIIETL).
